01Who you are buying from

The Logical AI is a business based in Manchester, United Kingdom. Contact info@thelogicalai.com.

By buying, you agree to what is on this page. If you do not agree with it, do not buy.

02What you are buying

A written guide supplied as a PDF, and depending on which edition you choose, a set of accompanying files.

• The Method, £49. The guide as a single PDF.
• Production Edition, £149. The longer guide, four production scripts, and a folder of finished opening pictures with the rejected attempts alongside them.

It is a document, not software and not a service. Nothing is installed, there is nothing to log into, and there is no ongoing subscription.

03Price, payment and delivery

Prices are in pounds sterling and are shown on the site. Payment is taken by Stripe. We never see your card details.

Delivery is immediate and electronic, to the email address you give at checkout. If nothing arrives within a few minutes, check your spam folder and then write to us and we will send it again.

Your card statement will show LOGICALAI.

04Refunds

We will not refund on the basis that a video did not perform well, that a third-party tool changed or stopped working, or that you did not have time to use it. Those are outside what we can control or promise.

Your legal rights. Under UK consumer law you normally have 14 days to cancel a digital purchase. That right ends once download or delivery begins with your agreement, and by completing checkout you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge losing that right. The refund promise above is offered on top of your legal rights and does not replace them.

05What you may and may not do with it

You may:

• Use everything in the guide commercially, with no licence fee and no revenue share
• Use, adapt and publish the production scripts and the supplied pictures in your own work
• Keep the copyright in every video you make. We claim nothing in what you produce.
• Keep your copy permanently, including future revisions

You may not:

• Share, resell, sublicense or republish the document or the supplied files
• Upload them anywhere others can obtain them, publicly or privately
• Reproduce substantial parts of the text in your own paid or free product
• Remove or alter any notice identifying where it came from

The licence is personal to the buyer and one purchase covers one person. If you want copies for a team, write to us.

Copyright in the guide, the scripts and the pictures remains with The Logical AI.

06What we do not promise

We think the method works and it is written from real production experience. That is not the same as a guarantee, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise.

• No promise about results. Nothing here guarantees views, followers, income or that any particular video will succeed.
• No control over third-party tools. The guide names the tools used at the time of writing. Those companies change their products, prices, limits and content rules whenever they like. Free revisions are sent when we can, but we cannot promise any tool will keep behaving as described.
• No control over platforms. How social platforms treat AI-generated content changes constantly and is discussed honestly in the guide, including where the evidence is inconclusive.
• Your own costs. You need your own accounts with the tools mentioned, and generating video costs money. That is paid to them, not to us, and is not included in the price.

07Editions

Each edition is dated and what you buy is the edition current on the day you buy it. That copy is yours permanently.

Revised editions may be published from time to time. No ongoing updates, revisions or additional material are promised or included in the price, and any future edition may be offered separately.

08Responsible use

What you make is your responsibility. In particular, do not use this method to state something untrue as fact, to impersonate a real person or organisation, or to pass generated footage off as a real event where that would mislead someone to their detriment. Follow the disclosure rules of whichever platform you post to.

09Liability

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. It does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Beyond that, our total liability in connection with your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for lost profits, lost opportunities, or costs you incur with third-party tools.

10Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated, and the date at the top will change when they are. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the day you bought.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer elsewhere in the UK, you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.

12Contact
